12 DAYS OF SASQUATCH: NEW CHEF, NEW FLAVOURS
As many of you know, we are home of Molly Hogan’s, our bar/restaurant. Molly’s is the Sasquatch Resort “hub”. When you walk through the doors you will always be greeted with a smile, warmth, and handed a menu with our delicious food and beverage options! For our 2018/19 season, we are not only welcoming Brian Blondeel as our new Head Chef, but along with Chef B came a few new menu items! Don’t worry all you regulars, there are still our old favourites, but the new grub is definitely worth a taste! Chef B comes to Sasquatch Mountain Resort from Alberta, where he is famous for his Chef B’s Food Truck and Catering. He’s been featured in many articles and was recognized for being a Culinary Inspiration for Canadian Chefs in University and College. We feel extremely lucky have him as a part of our Sasquatch Family. With Chef B’s favourite being Southern BBQ, we’ve added a couple new items to the Molly’s menu. Our ‘Signature Sandwiches’ will have your taste buds begging for more. Signature Smokehouse Beef Dip: A mound of slow-roasted beef stuffed into a toasted Panini bun, drizzled with horseradish aioli and served with beef au jus and crispy golden fries. Signature Smokehouse Pulled Pork Sandwich: Smoked pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce with Cajun coleslaw and chipotle mayo on a sourdough bun with crispy golden fries. Even though we are not opening for skiing and boarding this weekend, Molly Hogan’s is open! Come up and try out some new flavours, see old friends and meet the new faces of our staff!
