On March 16th we had to make the extremely difficult decision to close Sasquatch Mountain in order to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our guests, community, and employees. We want to thank you again for your understanding and cooperation during the challenges we faced this winter.
As the dust begins to settle, we’ve had some time to reflect on the past season and want to ensure you know how much your support is appreciated, while recognizing the inconvenience of unforeseen closures due to COVID-19.
This season, we would like to offer 2019/2020 season passholders a 10% discount when you renew your 2020/2021 season pass online. Details on how to claim this offer have been emailed directly to all season passholders from last season. If you did not receive this email but were a 2019/2020 season passholder, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have this re-sent to you.
If you were a 2019/2020 season passholder and have already purchased your 2020/2021 season pass, you should have also received an email and will see a refund applied to your account within the next 14 days.
We are doing everything we can to make certain we are in a position to offer the best mountain recreation experience possible upon return. Extra safety precautions will be in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of those that wish to join us at the resort for the upcoming season. Details of measures taken will be in accordance with provincial health recommendations and outlined on our website prior to opening.
