Here’s a little more about your RFID cards and how to access the lifts, trails, and magic carpets at Sasquatch Mountain Resort.

All riders, tubers and snowshoers of all age categories, need one. This includes children aged 5 years and under, or seniors above 85. For liability purposes, all guests require a pass to access any chair lift, snowshoe trail or one of our carpets (located at the Tube Park and beginner area). You can book your card online and pick it up at the Will Call Window on your first day at the mountain. You will keep this card all winter season and for many seasons to come to upload future tickets, rentals or lessons.

With your RFID card, you will be able to book your products/activities from home and head directly to the lifts without having to stop by the lodge, which is the great thing about this new system at Sasquatch Mountain Resort. All the activities you purchase on the e-store are automatically loaded to your RFID card (season pass, day & night tickets, tubing, snowshoeing trails access, instruction sessions and rentals) and it will be scanned by our operators in order to provide access (lifts and carpets) and services (instruction and rentals).

  • To speed up your RFID card pick up, please remember to book online first, bring with you the “Sale Number” located on your receipt and upload your profile picture on your online account! Your RFID card is personalized and the lift operator will be able to see your picture, name and age on the scanner screen to confirm the details on your RFID match the passholder.
  • To prevent scanning issues at the lifts or rental shop, please ensure you store your RFID card in a pocket away from other cards, cell phones, key fobs, wallets or anything else that could interfere with the magnetic chip in the RFID. There’s no need to take the card out of your pocket as our scanning devices will detect the card through your clothing. Everyone needs to hold their own RFID cards and not hold them for family members.

Here is a reminder that everyone on the mountain has to wear proper face masks. This includes children and adults, whether you’re in lift lines, during instruction sessions, inside the lodge, walking around the resort or heading to the washrooms. The only time they can be removed is while riding or eating. Remember to keep your social distance of 6 feet to others outside your bubble while in lift lines and around the resort to keep everyone safe.

Thanks for your compliance with these new protocols and let’s all work together to make this season last all winter.
