Season Pass Refundable Option & 60 Day Ski Season Guarantee

SEASON PASS REFUNDABLE OPTION

The Season Pass Refundable Option is $35.00 for individuals or $75.00 for families at the same address. Immediate family members of the passholder may also request a refund if the Refundable Option has been purchased for each of the individual passes. The Refundable Option must be purchased at the time of the season pass purchase.

There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever on Season Passes unless the Refundable Option IS PURCHASED, (at the time of the season pass purchase). The amount of the refund, for those who purchase the Refundable Option, will be based on the date the written claim is received at our Guest Experience office info@sasquatchmountain.ca.

Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor’s certificate, OR a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer. The Refundable Option purchased for your Season Pass is non-refundable and Season Passes are non-transferable.

60 DAY SKI SEASON GUARANTEE

Passholders that purchase the Refundable Option at the time of pass purchase are guaranteed at least 60 skiable days for the season. If Sasquatch Mountain Resort experiences less than 60 skiable days due to lack of snow/skiable terrain or closure due to Covid-19, then for every day not in operation under 60 days the passholder will receive a 1% credit (based on the original season pass value) to be applied to the following year’s season pass, up to a maximum of 60% (insurance required) (refunds will not be given).

If Sasquatch Mountain Resort does not open due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then 2021-22 Season’s passes will be carried over to the 2022-23 Season ( Refundable Option required).
