2023 / 2024 Refundable Pass Option & 60 Day Ski Season Guarantee
REFUNDABLE PASS OPTION

Protect your purchase and buy with confidence. The Refundable Pass Option is $49.00 per person or $99.00 per families. The Refundable Pass Option (RPO) must be purchased concurrently with your season pass. This option is strongly recommended for all season pass purchases. Under no circumstance will a refund be given to pass holders that do not purchase the Refundable Pass Option.
For life’s unforeseen incidents, accidents or life changes that could occur, Sasquatch Mountain Resort provides some protection for your pass product in the form of the Refundable Pass Option. Any claims must be submitted via email within 15 days of the qualifying incident and must include written documentation verifying the qualifying incident. To submit a claim, please email the Guest Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. The amount of the refund, for those who purchase the Refundable Option, will be based on the date the written claim is received.
Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor’s certificate, OR a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer.
The Refundable Pass Option will not refund discounts, vouchers, and/or credits used to purchase a Pass Product. All refunded or partially refunded Pass Products will be deactivated upon refund, including any free or complimentary passes associated with the Pass Products. The Refundable Pass Option purchased for your Season Pass is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable.
Sasquatch Mountain Resort reserves the right to reject a claim if any relevant information is false, omitted, or if the claim is submitted more than 15 days after the qualifying incident.
60 DAY SKI SEASON GUARANTEE
Passholders that purchase the Refundable Option at the time of pass purchase are guaranteed at least 60 skiable days for the season. If Sasquatch Mountain Resort experiences less than 60 skiable days due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then for every day not in operation under 60 days the passholder will receive a 1% credit (based on the original season pass value) to be applied to the following year’s season pass, up to a maximum of 60% (RPO required). Refunds will not be given.
If Sasquatch Mountain Resort does not open due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then 2023-24 Season’s passes will be carried over to the 2024-25 Season. Refundable Pass Option required.
SASQUATCH MOUNTAIN RESORT SEASON PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO WEATHER/SNOW CONDITIONS:
Sasquatch Mountain management may adjust hours and days of operation at any time based on changing snow conditions, weather, skier visits, and/or unexpected mechanical issues.
SEASON PASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE:
Except in the case where Refundable Pass Option has been purchased and terms of insurance are met, all season pass products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
SEASON PASS FRAUD:
PASS FRAUD IS ILLEGAL. IT IS “THEFT OF SERVICES.” WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Sharing your season pass with anyone for any reason is considered fraud and cause for immediate cancellation of all season pass privileges. If season pass fraud is suspected, season pass privileges will be revoked for the remainder of the season. Pass holder may be charged the price of an all-area, all-day lift ticket for each day of suspected fraud as well as a $50 recovery fee.
SEASON PASS REFUNDS:
Refunds will only be considered for passholders that purchase the Refundable Pass Option. Compensation in the form of a full or partial refund may be considered for reasons outlined below. A $60 processing fee will be applied to refunds whether the pass has been issued or not. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Medical Refunds will be considered for injury, illness, and/or pregnancy. Documentation, in the form of a doctor’s note, must be provided to Sasquatch Mountain Resort Guest Experience within 15 days of the qualifying incident and must include the date of incident and expected recovery time. If the pass holder does not present documentation within 15 days, the request for refund may be denied.
A refund may be issued for pass holders who are relocating for work more than 200km out of the area. Refunds will be based on the refund schedule listed below. Documentation, in the form of letter from employer, must be provided to Sasquatch Mountain Resort Guest Experience within 15 days of the employment notice and must include the date and length of relocation. If the pass holder does not present documentation within 15 days, the request for refund may be denied.
The last day for a relocation refund request is January 31. All refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks of request. The season pass will be voided at time of the request. Documentation must be presented to Sasquatch Mountain Resort Office within 2 weeks of the relocation. If the customer does not present documentation within two weeks, the credit/refund will be based on when the pass holder presents the information according to the following schedule. The relocation refund will be for family passes, spouse, and children. Only immediate family only that are moving with the pass holder.
SCHEDULE OF REFUND TERMS (with valid Season Pass Refundable Option only):
Refund amount will be based on the schedule of refund listed below, assuming the appropriate documentation has been provided. Pass will be voided at the time of the request. A $60 processing fee will be assessed for all medical and relocation refunds.
- Prior to December 1st, 2022 100%
- If a maximum of 3 days have been used and is prior to January 5, 2024 75%
- If a maximum of 6 days have been used and is prior to February 2, 2024 50%
- If a maximum of 9 days have been used and is Prior to March 1, 2024 25%
- If 10 days or more have been used or is After March 1, 2024 0%
There will be a $25 fee to reissue any lost or stolen season pass (RFID Card). Once the new pass is issued, the previous pass will be voided and will not be scannable through the RFID system at the lifts.
“I FORGOT MY PASS”:
If you are a season pass holder and forget to bring your season pass to the resort, Sasquatch Mountain Resort Management will issue a replacement for $25. Once the new pass is issued, the previous Sasquatch Mountain Resort Pass card will be voided and will not be scannable through the RFID system at the lifts.
