Refundable pass option Sasquatch Mountain Resort

2024 / 2025 Refundable Pass Option

REFUNDABLE PASS OPTION

*Please note – this is not an insurance product. If you are looking for an insurance product, please contact a licensed insurance broker.

What it is: The RPO is not insurance but a way to protect your season pass purchase for just $35 per person. It’s available when you buy your season pass and recommended for all buyers.

Under no circumstance will a refund be given to pass holders that do not purchase the Refundable Pass Option.

Why consider it: Life is unpredictable. The RPO gives you a safety net for incidents, accidents, or big life changes that might prevent you from using your pass.

How it works: If you need to request a refund, email us within 15 days of the incident. Your refund amount will depend on when we receive your written claim.

Refund reasons: We consider refunds for medical issues (with a doctor’s note) or job transfers (with employer’s letter).

Important details: The Refundable Pass Option will not refund discounts, vouchers, and/or credits used to purchase a Pass Product. All refunded or partially refunded Pass Products will be deactivated upon refund, including any free or complimentary passes associated with the Pass Products. The Refundable Pass Option purchased for your Season Pass is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable.

Claims: Submit within 15 days of the incident, including relevant documentation. Claims with false or omitted information, or submitted late, may be rejected.

60 DAY SKI SEASON GUARANTEE

Passholders that purchase the Refundable Option at the time of pass purchase are guaranteed at least 60 skiable days for the season. If Sasquatch Mountain Resort experiences less than 60 skiable days due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then for every day not in operation under 60 days the passholder will receive a 1% credit (based on the original season pass value) to be applied to the following year’s season pass, up to a maximum of 60% (RPO required). No cash refunds.

If Sasquatch Mountain Resort does not open due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then 2024-25 Season’s passes will be carried over to the 2025-26 Season. Refundable Pass Option required.
