Carrying snow chains is required from October to April on Hemlock Valley Road which takes you up to the resort. This is mandated by the BC Ministry of Transportation.

RFID cards are a one-time purchase and each individual purchasing a pass must have their own. The RFID card is what Lift Operators scan when they are loading chairlifts and they can be reused throughout the seasons as long as they are reloaded. If you lose your RFID card there is a $20 replacement fee. RFID cards will be available and issued from the first day of the season at the Guest Experience Call Window. Please ensure to create a profile and upload a picture before claiming your RFID card.

Unfortunately we don’t have these services available on hill. The closest places to access any mechanical or tow services is Agassiz, Mission or Chilliwack.

SMR is not zoned or regulated for camping (including car-camping and RVing). This includes parking lots, the terrain and our Controlled Recreational Area (CRA).

We keep lost items in the office (the Hub) for 3 weeks before they are donated. Any high-value items such as phones, wallets, keys etc. are kept until the end of the season. If you have misplaced something, please contact Guest Experience. SMR is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

Gift cards may be used to make any purchases onsite or via phone only. They are not redeemable online. Gift cards can be used at any Berezan-owned businesses.

There are many cabins and condo units available to rent for your stay on the hill. They can be found on Airbnb, VRBO and here. Camping/RVing is not permitted in parking lots.

A day ticket is no longer valid for night skiing. Night skiing tickets must be purchased separately.

We are offering half-day tickets in the 2023/24 season. Yahoo!

You may purchase walk-up passes for the bunny hill onsite only for $10. No skiing/boarding is permitted with these passes.

Any inquiries about group or event books can be directed to groups@sasquatchmountain.ca. Our Group Rates only apply to educational/community/youth groups but if you are interested in booking another type of event please inquire.

Drones that do not require a valid drone pilot certificate (less than 250 grams) are permitted. More information can be found here.

Date transfers can be made for passes and include a $10 fee. You will also have to cover the price discrepancy if your new date is a higher price.

Refunds are not issued for undesired weather.

We sincerely hear and understand that many guests would enjoy a mountain bike park. At this time SMR is focused on providing year-round, family-friendly activities that are inclusive for people of all ages and abilities, such as our Aerial Park (August 2023) and Mountain Coaster (2024).

Dogs are welcome at SMR however must remain in the base area and are not permitted on lifts/ski terrain for safety reasons concerning patrons and dogs themselves. They must be on leash and are not permitted inside the Chalet or Molly’s. Any waste must be properly disposed of.

Dogs are permitted on trails in the summer only and again must be on-leash. Please remember that bear encounters are a possibility from April-December.

Rental packages include skis/boots/poles or snowboard/boots. Helmets may be rented separately and are not a requirement. Boots and boards/skis must be rented together and you cannot switch between the two throughout the day.

We do not have ski apparel available to rent however we do have jackets, snowpants, mitts and gloves, neckwarmers, socks, goggles, handwarmers and more for sale in our Skyline Retail Store located in the Guest Experience Hub.

When renting our equipment it is required to rent boots with skis/boards and vice versa. This is a safety concern; equipment is specifically calibrated for each other.
