SEASON PASS INSURANCE
Pass Insurance is $28.00 for individuals or $48.00 for families at the same address. There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever on Season Passes unless REFUND INSURANCE IS PURCHASED, (at the time of pass purchase). The amount of the refund, for those who purchase insurance, will be based on the date the written claim is received in our mountain office.
Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor’s certificate, OR a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer. The insurance purchased for your Season Pass is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable.
Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria: Date Of Claim* Refund
- Prior to December 1st, 2020 100%
- Prior to January 5, 2021 75%
- Prior to February 2, 2021 50%
- Prior to March 2, 2021 25%
- After March 2, 2021 0%

60 DAY SKI SEASON GUARANTEE
Passholders that purchase insurance at the time of pass purchase are guaranteed at least 60 skiable days for the season. If Sasquatch Mountain Resort experiences less than 60 skiable days due to lack of snow/skiable terrain or closure due to Covid-19, then for every day not in operation under 60 days the passholder will receive a 1% credit (based on the original season pass value) to be applied to the following year’s season pass, up to a maximum of 60% (insurance required) (refunds will not be given).
If Sasquatch Mountain Resort does not open due to lack of snow/skiable terrain, then 2020-21 Season’s passes will be carried over to the 2021-22 Season (insurance required).
SASQUATCH MOUNTAIN RESORT SEASON PASS POLICIES
COVID-19 REGULATIONS:
If Sasquatch Mountain Resort does not open specifically because of COVID-19 regulations, then ALL 2020-21 Season’s passes will be carried over to the 2021-22 Season (insurance not required) (refunds will not be given).
NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO SNOW CONDITIONS:
Sasquatch Mountain management may adjust hours and days of operation at any time based upon snow conditions, weather, skier visits, and/or unexpected mechanical issues.
SEASON PASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE (except in the case where Season Pass Insurance has been purchased and terms of insurance are met).
SEASON PASS FRAUD:
PASS FRAUD IS ILLEGAL. IT IS “THEFT OF SERVICES.” WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Sharing of your season pass with anyone for any reason is considered fraud. If season pass fraud is suspected, season pass privileges will be revoked for the remainder of the season. Pass holder will be charged the price of an all-area, all-day lift ticket as well as a $50 recovery fee.
STUDENT PASSES – IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF REQUIREMENTS:
- Students for college students/university 19-30 are eligible for the student season pass. • Students must present photo ID along with current class schedule along with government issued ID • Middle School and High School students must present current school ID with photo.
SEASON PASS INSURANCE:
- Insurance can be purchased at the time of the season pass purchase for just $28 for single person and $48 for family. This will allow for a refund for the above-defined items with appropriate documentation. • Immediate family members of the passholder may also request a refund if insurance has been purchased for each of the individual passes. Season Pass insurance must be purchased by November 15th, 2020.
SEASON PASS REFUNDS:
Refunds are only considered to passholders that purchase the Season Pass Insurance. Pass compensation in the form of a refund may be considered for reasons as outlined below. A $28 processing fee will be charged for refunds whether the pass has been issued or not. Processing fees are nonrefundable.
Medical Refunds will be considered for injury, illness, and/or pregnancy. Documentation, in the form of a doctor’s note, must be presented to Sasquatch Mountain Resort Office within 2 weeks of the disability/injury stating the date of the injury and expected recovery time. If the customer does not present documentation within two weeks, the refund will be based on when the pass holder presents the information according to the schedule listed below. • The medical refund will be for the injured person only and will not be extended to additional passes including family members, children, parents, friends, etc., of the injured.
RELOCATION:
A refund will be issued for pass holders who are relocating out of the area. • Refunds will be based on the below-listed schedule of refund terms. • The last day for a relocation refund request is January 31. • All refund checks will be mailed within 4-6 weeks of request. • The season pass will be voided at time of the request. • Documentation must be presented to Sasquatch Mountain Resort Office within 2 weeks of the relocation. If the customer does not present documentation within two weeks, the credit/refund will be based on when the pass holder presents the information according to the following schedule. The relocation refund will be for family passes, spouse, and children. Only immediate family only that are moving with the pass holder.
SCHEDULE OF REFUND TERMS (with valid pass insurance only):
Refund amount will be based on the below-listed schedule of refund terms. • Pass will be voided at the time of the request. Amount of refund will be based on the following schedule, assuming the appropriate documentation has been provided. A $28 processing fee will be assessed for all medical and relocation refunds.

LOST PASS:
There will be a $5 fee to reissue any lost or stolen season pass. Once the new pass is issued, the previous pass will be voided and will not be scannable through the RFID system at the lifts.
“I FORGOT MY PASS”:
If you are a season pass holder and forget to bring your season pass to the resort, Sasquatch Mountain Resort Management will issue a replacement for $5. Once the new pass is issued, the previous Sasquatch Mountain Resort Pass card will be voided and will not be scannable through the RFID system at the lifts.
