Winter Covid-19 Protocols

We’ve got our sights set on winter now! Resort protocols may look a little different this year, but the powder is expected to be better than ever! The health and wellness of our community, guests and employees is our top priority for this season. The plan is to be fully open for operations this winter, with special precautions taken to ensure your safety. We will be working tirelessly to ensure the well-being of all our loyal guests on the mountain and in the facilities to make this season as seamless as ever.

Please understand that in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we are working in alignment with provincial and federal health regulations and industry wide recommendations which prevent us from operating at full capacity.

Before you come out to the slopes, be sure to educate yourself on our new protocols highlighted below.
  • Please make sure to leave all your belongings in your car as they can not be stored in the lodge during the day, this includes backpacks, food, shoes,  clothing, etc.
  • Debit and Credit recommended throughout resort
  • Ticket sales will be online only
  • We will be limiting capacities inside
  • 3 Layer Face Masks are mandatory inside all facilities, close to the lodge, in the lift lines, during lessons, except when eating or riding.
  • Half a dozen mobile plexiglass stations used around resort
  • Regular cleaning and sanitization of surfaces
  • Social distancing of 2 meters
  • Decreased volume of seating in lodge
  • Once you’ve received your RFID card, you can reload online
  • Regular cleaning of handles and locks of lockers with daily full sanitize in and out
  • Distancing signage throughout resort
  • Regular health screenings of team members
  • Hand sanitization stations throughout resort
  • All tickets for skiing, snowboarding, tubing and snowshoeing will be pre-purchased online only
  • Due to limited tickets, we will be offering variable pricing for all day tickets
  • Tube Park tickets will be available online in 2 hour increments for all operational days
  • Lineups reduced due to online purchasing
  • Snow hosts around resort informing guests on protocol
  • Pickup for RFID at the ticket window and blue sea can, then can reload online
  • Reduced pick up windows open to promote distancing
  • Plexiglass used to create space between team members and guests
  • More people answering phones
  • Guests can purchase same day tickets online while quantities exist
  • Signage at bottom letting guests know limited number of tickets available

  • There is no outside food permitted in the lodge, you can eat your food brought from home outside/ in your vehicles, but not in the lodge
  • There will be time limits of one hour for any seating for indoor dining space
  • There will be additional eating and seating options outside the lodge on all busy days

Due to general COVID 19 sanitary advice, we are no longer keeping in the lodge anything regarded as a soft good.

Only ‘valuables’/items that can be sanitized & kept safely are currently being stored.
